Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Home Services Specialist II to provide clerical and office support for Home Health and Hospice services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, verbal/non-verbal communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and schedule patients/staff for admission and daily visits
  • Complete referral (intake) functions and provide clerical support for Home Health and Hospice services
  • Provide coordinated and supportive work efforts to serve all customers, staff, and leadership

Requirements:

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Formal typing and/or computer courses and courses in medical terminology and anatomy beneficial
  • Previous applicable experience beneficial
