Valet Attendant

We are seeking a skilled Hospitality Ambassador to provide exceptional service to our guests at Shaner Hotels. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors to our hotel.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to guests, including greeting and farewelling, assisting with luggage, and answering questions about hotel facilities and services.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all work areas, including the lobby and luggage holding room.
• Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms, and escort guests to their rooms while providing information about hotel services and features.
• Attend to the immediate needs of each guest upon arrival and throughout their stay, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort.
• Provide valet services, including driving, parking, and retrieving guest vehicles in a courteous, safe, and efficient manner.

• Valid driver's license in the state of hotel operations.
• Excellent driving record and ability to provide clear directions.
• Previous guest relations and/or training experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, management, and co-workers.
• High school graduate or equivalent, with some college preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions suitable for clientele.
