Job Title: Collision Estimator

About the Role:
Caliber Collision Centers is seeking a skilled Collision Estimator to join our team. As a Collision Estimator, you will be responsible for performing all-purpose duties, including writing estimates, conducting process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, and completing final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery. You will also be responsible for finalizing total loss administration and providing post-repair plan communication, including all vehicle status updates to customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Write accurate and detailed estimates for vehicle repairs
  • Conduct process reviews to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Check in customer vehicles and complete final customer paperwork
  • Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair plan communication
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
  • Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License
