Next Move Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our outpatient setting. Located in Bethel, AK, this role involves delivering expert nursing services to patients from diverse demographics, including newborns to the elderly.
Job SummaryThis position requires a skilled nurse with excellent communication skills and proficiency in medical terminology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
Responsibilities- Direct and coordinate nursing care in collaboration with healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans based on comprehensive assessments and evaluations.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health-related topics and treatment options.
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:
- A graduate degree from an NLN-accredited nursing program.
- A minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a healthcare setting.
- A current, good standing nursing license in Alaska.
- Proficiency in using medical equipment and technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- An estimated annual salary range of $100,000 to $131,331 based on location and experience.
- A generous sign-on bonus of $30,000 for a three-year agreement.
- A relocation bonus of $15,000.
