As a Customer Retention Sales Consultant, you will be part of our award-winning Inside Sales & Retention team, influencing customer decision-making by selling the value of DISH's products and services through a consultative approach. This role focuses on inbound new and existing customers, ensuring a seamless sales experience without cold calling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell DISH and Boost Mobile products and services to new and existing customers, assessing each customer's needs to offer the best value.
  • Demonstrate resilience to bounce back from challenges and maintain focus on larger goals.
  • Effectively manage time, open to learning new methods, and looking to advance as a sales contributor.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships, document customer information, and provide excellent customer service.

Compensation Package:
  • $17.75/hour base pay plus uncapped commission.
  • Target compensation is $64,000/year, with the potential to earn significantly more based on performance.

Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • High school diploma; college graduates preferred.
  • Pre-employment screen may include a drug test.
  • Must be able to work full-time, on-site in one of our Direct Sales facilities.
  • Must have open availability to work provided schedules.
