As a Life Enrichment Specialist, you will be integral to a team that designs, organizes, and executes engaging activities tailored for our residents. We are looking for a mature and enthusiastic professional who can innovate and implement new strategies to foster engagement and purpose in our residents' lives. Are you committed to providing engagement-focused services that cater to the diverse needs of our residents? Are you excited about the prospects within the expanding aging services sector? Do you recognize the significance of a vibrant community culture in motivating residents to participate in meaningful programs that address their physical, mental, spiritual, and cognitive well-being? You will support the Life Enrichment Director in delivering purpose-driven programming that adheres to established methodologies to achieve desired outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills, particularly with elderly individuals and their families.
- Proficiency in utilizing software and tools for service delivery, scheduling, and program management.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and leadership to enhance program quality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicles.
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving requirements.
- Experience working with older adults is preferred.
