Key Responsibilities- Deliver quality care and service to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Complete admission data collection on newly admitted residents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Transfer and discharge residents with accurate and relevant information.
- Follow through on resident incidents and grievances, taking appropriate action and reporting to supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in nursing service work areas.
- Manage day-to-day resident and nursing care activities, communicating with families, vendors, and outside providers as needed.
- Assist with training new care partners and demonstrate Balfour Service and Operational Values in every encounter.
- Valid and current LPN state license.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with flexibility and adaptability to change and pace of duties.
- Warm and encouraging disposition, with a customer focus and ability to treat all customers with respect and integrity.
- Ability to read, speak, and understand the English language.
- CPR and/or IV therapy certification (optional).
