Job Overview

LGI Homes, a renowned homebuilding company, is seeking a highly motivated Land Development and Acquisition Specialist in the Denver area.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a professional to join our team and contribute to the growth of LGI Homes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting due diligence on targeted properties and lots, ensuring compliance with state, county, and city regulations.

In addition to meeting with government officials and engineers, the Land Development and Acquisition Specialist will maintain all due diligence materials and underwrite acquisitions according to the LGI way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining land budgets and monitoring lot costs
  • Updating development and lot inventory logs
  • Obtaining agency plat and plan approvals

Requirements:

A Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of relevant experience are preferred for this role. A competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, and 10% annual bonus opportunities make this a lucrative opportunity.
