Key Responsibilities- Break down complex work order specifications into manageable tasks for Agile solution development
- Lead and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and agile work model
- Attain expert skills/knowledge across all automation disciplines, including workflow solutions, forms administration, eSign, and job automation
- Automate tasks and processes for efficiency using automation software, API, PowerShell, and other methods
- Contribute to operational efficiencies, accountability, and error reduction by designing, developing, configuring, and implementing automation solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or specialized training from an accredited vocational school
- Minimum seven years of experience in technology management and/or developing enterprise business process automation solutions
- Expert analytical and trouble-shooting skills, with ability to solve complex problems and lead iterative, incremental process automation development
- Strategic agility to anticipate current/future needs and effective planning for resources/outcomes
