Job Summary:

The JobRialto organization is seeking a Senior Software Automation Engineer to join the Stock Plan Services (SPS) Technology team. This role involves contributing to the global expansion of a market-leading equity compensation platform.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in automation, continuous integration, and test data ecosystems, collaborating with various business and IT groups to drive the organization's technology vision and success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated tests using industry best practices and tools.
  • Implement automation solutions for both UI and Microservices Architecture, including testing RESTful APIs.
  • Collaborate across various teams to deliver effective Automation, Continuous Integration, and Test Data ecosystems.
  • Utilize DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Maven, uDeploy, and Stash for continuous integration and delivery.
  • Monitor and debug using log monitoring tools like Splunk or DataDog.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Participate in Agile projects, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
  • Maintain and optimize test automation frameworks to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Support the expansion of SPS capabilities to enable a global equity compensation platform.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in test automation and software quality assurance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Expertise in test automation frameworks, with proficiency in design and coding.
  • Hands-on experience with frameworks such as Playwright/WebDriver IO/Cypress using JavaScript or TypeScript.
  • Expert knowledge in Java, Python, Selenium, Karate, and/or Cucumber.
  • Proficiency with DevOps tools like Jenkins, Maven, uDeploy, and Stash.
  • Strong working knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, Postgres) and PL/SQL.
  • Experience with UI and Microservices Architecture, including testing RESTful APIs and enterprise messaging (ActiveMQ, Kafka).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative, multi-functional team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Agile project environments.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and the ability to apply them to business problems.
  • Passion for test-driven and automation-driven software development methodologies.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work model blending both onsite and offsite work experiences.

Dynamic Working:
