Job Title: Membership Advisor

At YouFit Gyms, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Membership Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for sourcing new prospects, setting appointments, and selling memberships to potential customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and participate in marketing events to generate leads and new members for YouFit Gyms.
  • Foster relationships with local businesses to generate leads and new members.
  • Partner with our Corporate Sales Manager to generate leads for corporate sales.
  • Create a positive first impression for all members and guests.
  • Understand and contribute to all monthly and quarterly goals and objectives.
  • Perform engaging in-gym quick look arounds (QLAs) to showcase our facilities and services.
  • Sell memberships and personal training programs to potential customers.
  • Accurately enter data into all written and electronic forms.

Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Effective communication skills for phone calls and in-person prospect and member engagement.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English language.
