About the Position

Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to join a school district in Parma, Minnesota. This is a full-time remote position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders. The ideal candidate will have a valid Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathology license or equivalent and prior school-based experience is preferred but not mandatory.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings.

The Speech Language Pathologist will also collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to ensure the best possible outcomes for students. Additionally, they will maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions, and attend meetings to provide reports on student progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Valid Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathology license or equivalent
  • Prior school-based experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
