Job Overview: The Cleveland Metropolitan School District (CMSD) is seeking a highly qualified Speech/Hearing Therapist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and be certified as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the State of Ohio. Experience working in an urban school setting is preferred.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $85,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:
• Conducts speech, hearing, and language screenings, initial evaluations, and three-year re-evaluations for individual children, preschool through age twenty-two, in all public/non-public schools.
• Serves as a member of the educational team and liaison to the Office of Related Services, related agencies, and the community.
• Completes all mandated process and procedures, including Individualized Education Program (IEP) development and Evaluation Team Report (ETR) documentation, as part of the Multi-factored Evaluation (MFE) process.

Qualifications:
• Valid Ohio Speech and Hearing Pathologist Department of Education Certificate/License
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• American Speech-Language and Hearing Association certification strongly preferred
• State of Ohio Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist, required
