Operating Hours: MON - FRI 7am - 7pm and SAT 7am-3pm

Compensation: Starting at $25 per hour during training (Salary range $60K-$70K annually post-training)

Position Overview:

The Operations Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in facilitating the daily functions of the donor center, ensuring that production targets are achieved, donor loyalty is maintained, and operational standards are upheld.

Key Duties:
  • Supervise all operational facets of the donor center in the absence of the Center Manager.
  • Achieve proficiency in all segments of the donor collection process.
  • Guarantee adherence to all applicable federal, state, local, and organizational regulations concerning product quality, donor safety, and employee welfare.
  • Collaborate with center leadership to formulate strategies aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Manage all personnel-related functions, including recruitment, task delegation, staff development, disciplinary measures, terminations, and record-keeping.
  • Adjust inventory levels of necessary goods and supplies for the donor center's operations.
  • Compile and submit accurate reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Work alongside the training department to ensure staff training is effectively conducted and training objectives are achieved.
  • Design and implement donor recruitment marketing campaigns to boost production levels.
  • Foster talent development within the donor center and assist in the recruitment of new personnel.
  • Provide constructive feedback on performance and initiate disciplinary actions when warranted.
  • Assess and review the performance of center staff.
  • Oversee and direct the performance of external vendors.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge and compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures.
  • Ensure open lines of communication with management.
  • Safeguard the confidentiality of all personnel, donor, and center-related information.
  • Exhibit a positive and professional demeanor in interactions with donors, employees, and vendors.
Ideal Candidate:
  • At least two (2) years of relevant experience, including one (1) year in a supervisory capacity, preferably within a regulated industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree in Science or Business Management preferred.
  • Strong leadership and management capabilities.
  • Exceptional hiring and interviewing skills.
  • Production-oriented with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Highly organized with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines efficiently.

Physical Requirements:
