Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of maintenance workers performing electrical and mechanical work to maintain, repair, or replace machinery and equipment.
  • Assist in troubleshooting equipment failures and develop solutions to prevent future issues.
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate plant maintenance activities, including preventative maintenance, to ensure continuous production.
  • Coordinate scheduled equipment maintenance with production to minimize downtime and disruptions.
  • Develop and maintain department procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) procedures.
  • Ensure a safe work environment by following all safety requirements and maintaining accurate record-keeping.
  • Respond to employee grievances and other problems in a fair and consistent manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing maintenance supervision, with a strong background in electrical maintenance and PLC programming.
  • Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to provide direction, develop teams, and inspire collaboration with internal and external partners.
