Role Overview:

As a Housekeeper at Fairway Management, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness of our communities. Your responsibilities will include the upkeep of public restrooms, laundry areas, offices, community spaces, and hallways.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of hallways, community rooms, and other shared spaces.
  2. Dust various surfaces including furniture, baseboards, light fixtures, blinds, and ceiling fans in communal areas.
  3. Thoroughly clean all aspects of public restrooms, such as floors, sinks, toilets, and mirrors.
  4. Empty trash bins in public areas regularly.
  5. Polish hardwood and metal surfaces in communal spaces.
  6. Wash windows in public areas to maintain visibility and cleanliness.
  7. Assist in preparing units for new residents as needed.
  8. Remain vigilant for any emergencies or suspicious activities and report them to the appropriate personnel.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred.
