The ASS is tasked with designing, organizing, and executing a suitable educational program within a learning environment that motivates and supports students in realizing their academic potential. This role is essential in fostering an educational setting where students can achieve their intellectual, emotional, physical, and psychological growth. The ASS plays a pivotal role in meeting the academic objectives of the department through the International Baccalaureate Program.

Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution. Valid teaching certification or eligibility. Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a high school setting.
Skills: Proficiency in relevant technology. Ability to communicate in a language other than English is preferred. Strong work ethic and effective multitasking abilities. Familiarity with developmentally appropriate practices in secondary education.
Work ConditionsAbility to lift up to 65 lbs, perform repetitive bending and stretching, and navigate multiple flights of stairs. Capacity to work outdoors in various weather conditions and maintain consistent supervision of students.
Other RequirementsValid driver's license.
