Job Overview

Turbo Air Inc is seeking a skilled Line Service Technician to join our team at our General Aviation / FBO Facility in Boise, Idaho.

This role involves providing exceptional service to our customers, including ground service for aircraft of any size, day-to-day housekeeping and grounds keeping for our facilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Aircraft marshaling and greeting
  • Phone reception and service requests
  • Receiving and processing fuel orders, service requests, and rental car and hotel reservations
  • Processing credit cards and maintaining a high standard of customer service relations
  • Cleaning aircraft interior and exterior, and maintaining the cleanliness of the line service facilities
  • Ensuring the safety and security of Turbo Air's facilities and the general aviation sector
  • Performing other duties as required

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and be proactive in anticipating customer needs
  • Solid verbal and written English communication skills
  • Must be physically capable of safely working with and around various types of equipment while outside in all types of weather
  • Reliable transportation required
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Must pass the FAA and Homeland Security background checks as required at Airport Terminal and within high security SIDA facilities
  • Must complete a pre-employment drug screening
  • Able to lift 50 lbs or more
