- Maintain ongoing communication with supervisors and healthcare providers to ensure effective implementation of care plans
- Act as a resource for accurate medical record documentation, service appropriateness, and treatment options for post-discharge care
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing
- BLS Provider certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted)
- Diploma from an accredited school of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire
