Job Summary

The Computer Network Operator III plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our IT infrastructure. This position requires a high level of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor junior staff members in network operations and troubleshooting.
  • Provide technical support and guidance for Windows applications and other authorized software.
  • Manage user accounts, assign passwords, and monitor resource usage.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks for hardware and software.
  • Install and configure new software and hardware as needed.
  • Develop and maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and HITECH regulations.
  • Participate in annual security awareness training and monitor internal controls for information systems security.
  • Document interactions with external vendors and resolve technical issues.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in a helpdesk support or network administration role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Windows, and UNIX.
  • A+ certification preferred.
