This Clinical Specialist role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team in the Milwaukee/Green Bay, WI area and contribute to making a positive impact on patient care.

Job Description

This position involves providing clinical case coverage as assigned, training surgical teams to ensure good patient outcomes, and maintaining current knowledge of perioperative surgical technology practice and hospital policies and procedures.

  • Provide clinical case coverage for assigned cases
  • Train surgical teams to assist in good patient outcomes and verbally support cases during the training period
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of perioperative surgical technology practice and hospital policies and procedures
Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have experience in surgical technique and sterile procedures in the operating room, as well as strong customer relationships and procedural skill development.

  • Experience in surgical technique and sterile procedures in the operating room
  • Experience utilizing fluoroscopy is a plus
  • Strong customer relationships and procedural skill development
Requirements:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000-$100,000 per year, plus a 20,000 annual variable bonus, along with an employee benefits package that includes a 401(k) plan, healthcare insurance, and paid vacation time.
