Physical Therapist Outpatient Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited curriculum or a Bachelor's degree or greater in Physical Therapy (for individuals who completed their education prior to 2015).
- Licensure by the Connecticut Department of Public Health.
- BLS certification.
In this role, you will:
- Obtain pertinent medical and social history.
- Perform thorough and accurate evaluations using current professional and health system standards.
- Determine functional and measurable short and long-term goals and design an appropriate treatment program.
- Consider discharge options during initial evaluation.
- Modify treatment as necessary, update goals, and re-evaluate discharge plans throughout the course of treatment.
