Position Overview: Field Service Technician

The Field Service Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of our industrial ovens by providing on-site installation, troubleshooting, and repair services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the installation and commissioning of industrial ovens and associated systems.
  • Diagnose and rectify issues with industrial ovens and their systems.
  • Utilize company or client equipment, including service vehicles, forklifts, trucks, scissor lifts, and overhead cranes.
  • Interpret technical schematics, reports, and operational instructions.
  • Conduct electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Address gas, water, and air system issues.
  • Perform mechanical assembly, fabrication, and welding tasks.
  • Complete all necessary service documentation.
  • Engage in special projects as directed.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with temperature control systems, startup procedures, and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), operator interfaces, and communication protocols.
