About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Rosemont - a HumanGood community. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing daily and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our building systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform semi-skilled work in the daily and preventive care, repair, and maintenance of building systems and equipment
  • Conduct plumbing, electrical, roofing, flooring, masonry, painting, mechanical, and carpentry work
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Operate a variety of hand tools and power tools
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to two years of experience in a related field of building maintenance or construction
  • Ability to exert physical effort in medium to heavy work involving walking, standing, sitting, or driving
  • Ability to coordinate eyes, hands, and fingers in performing skilled and semi-skilled movements
