- Conduct thorough testing and validation of products to identify defects and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and manufacturing, to resolve testing and validation issues
- Develop and implement testing procedures and protocols to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Provide technical support and training to manufacturing operators and technicians on testing and validation procedures
- Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of testing and validation principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
