Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise production associates to ensure efficient work processes and maintain high-quality products.
  • Ensure associates adhere to all safety procedures and protocols.
  • Learn and master all machinery, serving as the technical expert for current and future equipment.
  • Ensure thorough maintenance on machinery and complete tasks on time.
  • Coach, train, and develop new employees to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Ongoing evaluation of all processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Other tasks as needed to support the production team.

Requirements:

  • Mechanical background or experience running machines.
  • 3 or more years of experience managing a team.
  • Strong competency in leading, developing, mentoring, and coaching.
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Experience with Screen Printing, Digital Printing, or Laser Engraving is a plus.
  • Great computer skills.
  • Ability to take the initiative and drive for results.
  • Ability to work effectively in an interrupt-driven, fast-paced, and rapidly changing environment.
  • Flexible to work a variety of shifts as the business demands, including evenings and weekends.
