Job Title: Night Shift Administrative Assistant (Warehouse Operations)

The Night Shift Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in the coordination, planning, and execution of various activities and events within the warehouse operations department. This individual is responsible for ensuring seamless communication and workflow during the overnight shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings, arrange travel, conference calls, and complete expense reports with precision and attention to detail.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to team members, including data entry, document preparation, and scheduling appointments.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence to facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.
  • Document Creation: Develop and edit documents, generate reports, spreadsheets, and presentations to support business needs.
  • Scheduling and Itineraries: Manage schedules, arrange appointments, and create itineraries for employees and visitors.
  • Customer Service: Respond to phone calls, transfer calls, and provide general administrative support to customers and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent, plus one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Physical Demands:

  • Prolonged Sitting and Keyboarding: Spend considerable time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or adding machine.
  • Moderate Physical Activity: May occasionally involve walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping.
  • Lifting and Carrying: May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
