The Oakleaf Group is seeking a skilled Business Analyst - UAT to join our consulting team. As a Business Analyst - UAT, you will play a crucial role in the software development and implementation process, ensuring that the final product aligns with business needs and user expectations before it goes live.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with diverse teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into detailed UAT plans and test cases.
- Perform documentation and reporting for system analysis, business requirements, testing, and decision-making using relevant software.
- Perform system analysis and software testing using SQL, JIRA, or other tools.
- Present information and ideas in a way that is engaging and easy to understand across stakeholder groups.
- Support UAT activities, working closely with end-users to ensure the testing environment is set up correctly and that all test cases are executed as planned.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis with a focus on User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including developing test plans and leading UAT sessions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into actionable test cases and scenarios.
- Proficiency in SQL and JIRA, as well as other tools.
- Skilled in reporting and development using Tableau, Power BI, or other database and reporting tools.
- Experienced in system analysis and development using Salesforce.
- Financial industry experience is a must.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a virtual team.
- Ability to manage to strict deadlines as well as prioritize and perform tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Effective communication skills, written and verbal.
- Strong in multitasking, completing sprint goals and managing changing priorities.
- Ability to diagnose and solve problems efficiently and effectively.
