Full Stack Engineer (ML Ops)

We're looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer to join our team at Plutus, a fast-paced and innovative digital bank in the UK. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge technology that enables us to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Our ideal candidate is a self-driven individual with a passion for building and creating new technology. You should have a strong understanding of full stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies, and be comfortable with Java, React, and AWS. A keen eye for clean coding practices, simple solutions, automated testing, and continuous deployment is essential.

In this role, you'll work collaboratively in a small, empowered team to deliver high-quality features from concept to live. You'll also take ownership of your work, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and innovation. Our interview process is conversational, allowing you to get to know us as we get to know you. Expect the following stages:

  • Stage 1 - 30 minutes with one of the team
  • Stage 2 - Take-home challenge
  • Stage 3 - 90-minute technical interview with two team members
  • Stage 4 - 45-minute final with an executive and a member of the people team
