Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team as a Coordinator of Mental Health Programs for Black/African American/African Diaspora students. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs, workshops, and services to support the mental health and well-being of our students from diverse backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement programs, workshops, and services to support the mental health and well-being of Black/African American/African Diaspora students
- Collaborate with campus partners to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Provide direct services to students as a generalist counseling psychologist, including initial assessments, time-limited individual and group psychotherapy, crisis care services, and campus crisis response
- Supervise and train psychology doctoral interns in an APA-accredited internship program
- Participate in meetings and center research and evaluation
- Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Counseling or Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited doctoral program
- Licensed as a psychologist in California (or license-eligible in California)
- Completion of a psychology internship program
- Verification of completion of CA continuing education requirements for supervision
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical/counseling experience in the field of psychology
- Three post-licensure years of clinical/counseling experience in the field of psychology
- Completion of an APA-accredited internship program
- Supervision experience with psychology doctoral interns, preferably in an APA-accredited program
- Interest in the application and integration of social justice in counseling center work
