We are seeking a friendly and energetic Support Staff to join our team at Jesús Latin Grill & Tequila Bar. As a hybrid host and food runner, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, seating them in the restaurant, and assisting the Chef in the expo window. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Garnish food plates with fresh ingredients
  • Complete orders on trays and deliver them to guests
  • Assist the Chef in the expo window and maintain a sanitized working area
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth dining experience for guests
  • Manage the flow of guests into the dining and bar areas and provide accurate wait times
  • Answer the phone and take to-go orders when necessary
Requirements
  • Previous restaurant hosting or serving experience preferred
  • Friendly and customer-focused personality
  • Ability to clearly communicate with guests and staff
  • Ability to effectively communicate in the expo window
  • Ability to carry trays or supplies (sometimes over 50 lbs)
