About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Lash Technician to join our team at Amazing Lash Studio. As a Lash Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality lash extension services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and apply custom lash extensions to meet individual client needs
  • Provide thorough consultations and education to clients on lash care and maintenance
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to studio sanitation and sterilization standards
  • Upsell and promote Amazing Lash Studio services and products to clients
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest lash techniques and trends
Requirements
  • Current licensure in esthetics or cosmetology
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
