Mental Health Services Manager - Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team

We are seeking a results-driven and compassionate professional to manage our ACT team as a Program Director in New York City. The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical mental health services, leadership, and supervision, with expertise in rehabilitation and recovery-oriented care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the ACT team in providing high-quality clinical services to individuals with severe mental illness and substance use disorders
  • Develop and implement program policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
  • Oversee program budgets, resources, and finances to ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainability
  • Recruit, hire, train, and supervise ACT team members to ensure effective teamwork and collaboration
  • Provide ongoing support, guidance, and clinical supervision to team members to ensure high-quality care and adherence to the ACT model
  • Monitor and evaluate program outcomes and performance, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement
  • Implement quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the ACT program
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to funders and stakeholders on program performance and outcomes
  • Collaborate with community partners to provide education and training to community members, clients, and their families about mental health and recovery

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, counseling, psychology)
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership and/or supervisory role
  • NYS Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), and/or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)

Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $130,000 per year
