We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Archbold Medical Center. As a PRN Plan LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate data collection and implement a plan of care that aligns with established goals.
- Maintain patient flow by recognizing different levels of acuity and prioritizing care accordingly.
- Review diagnostic test results and follow up on physician orders in a timely manner.
- Reassess patients as their condition changes and notify the RN or physician of any updates.
- Develop and execute discharge plans that meet the needs of patients and their families.
- Document all care in a clear, concise, and legible manner, ensuring accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Assist with the upkeep of examination rooms as needed, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Ensure compliance with Hospital Policies and Procedures, as well as State, Federal, and JCAHO standards.
- Current GA LPN License
- Previous nursing/patient care experience preferred
