Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Archbold Medical Center. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Evaluate data collection and carry out plans of care and established goals
* Maintain patient flow by recognizing different levels of acuity and prioritizing care
* Review diagnostic test results and follow up on physician orders
* Reassess patients as their condition changes and notify the RN or physician
* Develop and carry out discharge plans
* Document all care in the patient's medical record in a clear, concise, and legible manner

Requirements:

* Current GA LPN License
* Previous nursing/patient care experience preferred
