Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Night Crew Leader to join our team at The GIANT Company. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of night shift activities, including receiving and stocking merchandise, managing inventory, and supervising team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the receipt and stocking of merchandise, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
  • Manage inventory levels, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions
  • Supervise and train team members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful completion of tasks
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and quality standards
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a retail or warehouse environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
