Cribl, Inc. is expanding its engineering team and seeking a seasoned DevOps Site Reliability Lead to spearhead the development and implementation of scalable, secure, and highly available cloud services. As a Staff Site Reliability Engineer, you'll lead cross-functional teams in designing, building, and deploying cloud-based applications, ensuring seamless collaboration between development, QA, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and maintenance of cloud infrastructure, including configuration management, monitoring, and logging.
  • Collaborate with development teams to implement automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment.
  • Maintain a high level of technical expertise and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Develop and execute training programs to enhance the skills of the engineering team.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and contribute to incident response efforts.

Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles, with a strong background in cloud computing and Linux Systems Engineering.
* Expertise in programming languages like Python/Java/Go and Terraform/Puppet/Chef/Ansible.
* Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred), containerization, and orchestration technologies.
* Experience with APM and Observability tools, such as New Relic, Splunk, CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana/Kibana, and Sentry.
