Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Guitar Craft Specialist to join our team at Guitar Center. As a key member of our repair team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while maintaining and repairing customer-owned instruments.

The Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of guitar repair and maintenance, as well as excellent customer service skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers to provide a positive experience and ensure that their needs are met
  • Maintain and repair customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship
  • Complete warranty repair work and other duties as assigned

As a Guitar Craft Specialist at Guitar Center, you can expect a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
