Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Product Development team in various aspects, including product design, testing, and documentation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about the e-bike industry and wants to contribute to the growth and success of a dynamic company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Product Development team in designing and testing e-bikes to ensure they meet safety and design standards.
  • Support the marketing team in creating product content, including videos and photos, to showcase our e-bikes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace in the product development lab.
  • Organize and present prototype feedback to the Product Development team.
  • Assemble and document competitor products for design and packaging purposes.
  • Learn and use new software to program e-bike electrical components during the development process.
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical bike components.
  • Read and write product manuals under the guidance of the Product Managers.
  • Ride e-bikes in various weather conditions and provide feedback.
  • Travel occasionally for testing and development purposes.
Requirements
  • Bicycle industry experience or a strong passion for e-bikes.
  • Self-motivated and driven individual with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to ride e-bikes in various weather conditions.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data management.
  • Strong mechanical skills and a love for all things cycling.
