Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a data engineering and analytics strategy that aligns with business goals
  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of a scalable and robust data infrastructure
  • Guide the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of data engineers, data scientists, and analysts
  • Collaborate with senior executives and stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop effective data solutions
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in data management practices and processes
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data governance practice
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role at a large financial institution
  • Proven experience in data engineering, data science, and analytics roles within the financial services industry
  • Deep knowledge of data architecture, data warehousing, data pipelines, and advanced analytics
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $141,830 - $263,408 per year
  • Bonus and/or commissions eligible
