Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient nutrition assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Manage the implementation of nutrition interventions, ensuring compliance with Aramark standards and regulatory agency requirements.
  • Collaborate with medical staff and food and nutrition services staff to ensure seamless delivery of nutrition care and meal services.
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and healthcare staff on nutrition-related topics, including food safety and sanitation.
  • Document patient care plans and progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in nutrition and dietetics, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in nutrition and dietetics.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, with coursework accredited or approved by relevant nutrition and dietetics agencies.
  • Applicable certifications, registrations, licenses, and credentials, as required by local agencies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
