Position Overview

Priority Groups is in search of dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide exceptional care to residents. This role is essential in delivering high-quality support to individuals in need of assistance.

Compensation: The hourly wage for CNAs varies between $23 and $28, based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver compassionate care to residents in alignment with their certification level.
  2. Collaborate with nursing management to ensure the highest standards of care.
  3. Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility.
  4. Monitor and document vital signs as directed by healthcare professionals.
  5. Support residents in their movement and transportation needs.
  6. Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance residents' well-being.
  7. Maintain a clean and safe living environment for all residents.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant license in New York State.
  2. Completion of background checks and verification with appropriate registries is mandatory.
  3. Experience in geriatric care and knowledge of dementia care practices is advantageous.
