Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead the planning and development of all project deliverables, managing budgets and work plans in accordance with established Project Management Procedures.
  • Border Wall Project: Oversee a major project involving the construction of infrastructure along the border, requiring expertise in heavy civil work, including concrete and steel operations. This position will necessitate travel along the southeastern border region.
  • Highway Development: Manage a large-scale highway project, including the construction of multiple lanes and associated structures. This role requires familiarity with transportation department processes and experience in project delivery.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in heavy civil project management.
  • At least 2 years in a managerial role overseeing projects valued at $10 million or more.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in heavy civil construction, including highways, bridges, and environmental projects.
  • Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Current OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications.
