Position Summary:

We are looking for a Test & Validation Engineer to oversee the validation processes for battery modules and packs, ensuring that testing is conducted efficiently and results are communicated effectively to all relevant parties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with both internal and external testing facilities to ensure compliance with testing standards.
  • Create detailed validation test plans tailored to customer specifications.
  • Generate comprehensive reporting documentation based on test outcomes.
  • Engage in review meetings with both internal teams and customer representatives.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to test setups and product performance.
  • Provide regular updates on testing progress to stakeholders.
  • Analyze and document any irregular test results.
  • Recommend enhancements and optimizations to existing processes.
  • Assist in root cause analysis as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience:

  • 2-5 years of experience in hardware validation or reliability testing.

Skills:

  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience with lithium-ion battery technologies is preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Vector CANalyzer is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Understanding of the V-model and requirements testing.
  • Experience in cultural interactions is desirable.
