Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their quality expectations are met.
- Provide expertise and guidance on manufacturing processes to customers, ensuring seamless production and minimal disruptions.
- Identify and address quality concerns in a timely manner, minimizing the impact on customer satisfaction and ratings.
- Facilitate effective communication with customers to resolve concerns, leveraging all available resources.
- Be available on-call 24/7 to address customer needs and concerns.
- Conduct thorough investigations into customer concerns, providing detailed information to relevant team members for analysis and root cause identification.
- Manage containment of parts at customer assembly plants, providing daily updates on containment and cost status.
- Initiate problem resolution for customer concerns, supporting problem resolution teams as needed.
- Present detailed reports to customers, follow up on warranty claims, review chargebacks, and dispute downtime when necessary.
- Monitor and follow up on engineering changes, approvals, and trial runs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Quality Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage priorities and workflow.
