Become a Territory Expansion Representative with SPF Screens & Awnings and take your sales career to new heights
\We're seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to drive sales growth in their designated territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating substantial sales revenue, meeting monthly sales goals, and maintaining continuous communication with customers and co-workers to ensure a seamless installation process.
\About the Role\- \
- Your primary objective will be to expand your territory beyond company-acquired appointments by fostering referrals, cultivating a network of influence, and building relationships with builders, contractors, and other key industry players.\
- You will work closely with the inside sales team to help close deals with previously quoted customers and collaborate with co-workers to ensure a seamless and successful installation process.\
- Occasionally, you may be required to venture beyond your territory to lend support to other areas in need.\
- You will be expected to live our core values of collaboration, integrity, accountability, and efficiency while growing your territory through strategic partnerships and business development.\
- A competitive salary of $70,000 per year, plus commission, ensures your success during your ramp-up time to focus on developing your skills, product knowledge, and pipeline.\
- As you progress, you'll enjoy a draw + commission structure, generous benefits package, including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) plan with 6% match, and a $500 monthly car allowance.\
- Toll expenses will be covered by SPF, and you'll receive an iPad and sales bag complete with product samples and measuring equipment.\
- To succeed in this role, you should have at least 1-3 years of in-home sales experience, a proven track record of high achievements, and a growth mindset that views setbacks as learning opportunities.\
- A strong communication and presentation style, along with proficiency in CRM systems, is essential for this position.\
- The ideal candidate will be available to work 5 days a week, including one weekend day, and possess reliable transportation.\
- Please note that lifting and carrying up to 40lbs may be required in certain situations.\
