We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team at One Child Center for Autism. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to children with developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver occupational therapy services in accordance with AOTA's standards and policies.
  • Assure continued competency by establishing, maintaining, and updating professional performance, knowledge, and skills.
  • Provide direction for certified occupational therapy assistant in a collaborative manner.
  • Maintain current knowledge of legislative, political, social, cultural, and reimbursement issues that affect patients and the practice of occupational therapy.
  • Systematically assess the efficiency and effectiveness of occupational therapy services and design and implement processes to support quality service delivery.
Requirements
  • Current state licensure as an occupational therapist.
  • New graduates must obtain Virginia state licensure within 90 days of employment as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Knowledge of occupational therapy treatment and modalities.
  • Knowledge and experience in the administration of a variety of assessment tools, treatment plans, and equipment.
