Key Responsibilities:

Community Maintenance & Repair Tasks

  • Prepare home sites for new residents.
  • Perform basic maintenance on park water and sewer systems.
  • Maintain the landscape of common areas, including cleanup, weed control, and general upkeep.
  • Assist in the maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
  • Repair and replace plumbing fixtures as needed.
  • Utilize equipment such as power saws, drills, paint sprayers, sewer augers, and various hand tools for carpentry, plumbing, and maintenance tasks.
  • Oversee vendor projects to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • Engage in various capital improvement projects throughout the property.
  • Communicate effectively with the on-site manager regarding maintenance requests for rental units.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Maintenance Technician in apartment, RV, or mobile home communities.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Proficient in following both written and verbal instructions.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Capable of lifting and carrying 50 lbs. or more.
  • Familiarity with online task management software.
