Key Responsibilities:
Community Maintenance & Repair Tasks
- Prepare home sites for new residents.
- Perform basic maintenance on park water and sewer systems.
- Maintain the landscape of common areas, including cleanup, weed control, and general upkeep.
- Assist in the maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
- Repair and replace plumbing fixtures as needed.
- Utilize equipment such as power saws, drills, paint sprayers, sewer augers, and various hand tools for carpentry, plumbing, and maintenance tasks.
- Oversee vendor projects to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Engage in various capital improvement projects throughout the property.
- Communicate effectively with the on-site manager regarding maintenance requests for rental units.
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Maintenance Technician in apartment, RV, or mobile home communities.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Proficient in following both written and verbal instructions.
- Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Capable of lifting and carrying 50 lbs. or more.
- Familiarity with online task management software.
