Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Management Executive to join our team as a Senior Construction Project Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of large-scale commercial construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, architects, and contractors, to achieve project goals.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and ensure that their requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and develop contingency plans to ensure project continuity.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure long-term business growth and success.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in construction management, with a strong background in commercial and medical construction.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects, with a minimum budget of $10M.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Project, Primavera, and Procore, Suretrak, and MS Project.
