Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the IV/Transfusion Service department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatment plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Current RN license in good standing.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • One year of experience as a registered nurse in an acute care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
